CC Group × PRIME

Building better, and proving it.

Since 2023 we have been members of PRIME, the sustainability framework for the property and construction industry. Every year our progress is independently moderated against six principles. This page shows where we are, what we have measured, and what comes next.

Our commitment to the PRIME principles.

CC Group joined PRIME in 2023 to improve the environmental and social impact of how we build and how we run our business. Each of our divisions (CC London, CC Country, CC Bespoke and CC Maintain) and our head office has a PRIME lead, who reviews our initiatives for practicality and effect and reports progress to the directors.

Since 2025 we have changed how we measure. We report each initiative with one outcome measure, normalised where it helps (for example energy per office employee), on a consistent November-to-November year. We retire measures once a saving is fully embedded, and we report our carbon offsetting separately from our own operational emissions.

Our priorities for 2026 to 2027 are lower office energy per person and a renewable supply, a cleaner fleet on the way to a fully electric fleet by 2030, offering clients sustainable options on every project, growing early-career opportunities and paying our supply chain promptly.

We publish our PRIME score and our sustainability data on this page after every annual moderation.

How PRIME works

Five steps from good intentions to a culture.

Each of the six principles is scored from 1 to 5, and a level only counts when every part of it can be evidenced. Tap a step to see what it takes.

Our data, year on year

The numbers behind our score.

Years run November to November. Figures for 2026 run to the end of October 2026 and are confirmed after our annual moderation. Ecologi figures are carbon avoided through offsetting projects, reported separately from our own emissions.

Our forest
0

trees funded through our Ecologi membership, which has run since February 2020.

Each icon is ten trees. The lighter ones are the 440 trees funded between November 2025 and 22 October 2026. Our subscription funds forest restoration in Kenya, mangroves in Madagascar, protection of the Matavén forest in Colombia and solar power in Morocco.

Being accountable
"Saying what you're going to do, and then doing what you said you would."

PRIME's sixth principle is about honesty. We publish our numbers, including the ones that need correcting.

What's next

Our promises for 2027.

Principle 1

Less energy per person

A further 5% cut in office electricity per employee, and a renewable-backed supply for our office.

Principle 2

A cleaner fleet

Every vehicle we replace will be hybrid or fully electric, on the way to a fully electric fleet by 2030.

Principle 3

A greener supply chain

We will ask every new subcontractor about PRIME membership and their sustainability credentials, and report the uptake.

Principle 4

Better choices for clients

Offering at least one sustainable option to every client, and recording how many are taken up.

Principle 5

More early careers

Apprentices, sponsored learners and placements every year, and prompt payment of our supply chain.

Principle 6
